30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used hand wipes
  • Opened personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an unopened product for a different item, please contact our customer support team before sending your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The return is due to an error made by BarberUpp.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BarberUpp is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
